About Us
The Sauwce's Kitchen family was born and raised with Hispanic backgrounds. With spices, delicious food, and lots of heat running through our veins, we found love for the hospitality industry.
Our chef started off working as a food runner at a restaurant in South Beach, and thanks to this, he discovered his passion for cooking and was given the opportunity to become a line cook and never looked back. This small step in the right direction showed him many skills throughout the years. Now our chef can finally offer his twist on dining on wheels "Sauwce's Kitchen."
Our CEO started working at the same South Beach restaurant Chef did as she worked on her education. Now with a bachelor's and master's degree in hospitality management, momma Sauwce uses her knowledge and experience to run Sauwce's from its back end and interacting with our customers. Sauwce's Kitchen was built on a foundation of love, food, family, and hospitality.
